Juline Deen, MD
OBGYN, Comprehensive Women's Health
Dr. Deen is an obstetrician-gynecologist at Comprehensive Women's Health in Gainesville, Florida. She attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelors in Food Science and Human Nutrition which led her to medical school at Florida State University. After graduating, she completed her residency at UF Health.
Dr. Deen is fulfilling her dream to provide quality, evidence-based and personalized care to patients. She's always been fascinated by Women's Health and she feels privileged to have the ability to coach, support and guide women through many of life's milestones.
Karen Wilmot
Professional Nurse & Midwife, Prenatal Yoga Instructor
Midwife and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Karen Wilmot has been supporting families around the globe for over a decade in person and online as the Virtual Midwife. An adventurer, traveller and entrepreneur, she has worked around the world and continues to find new and challenging ways to improve health care for women during pregnancy and birth using online technology.
Karen qualified in South Africa as a Professional Nurse & Midwife in 1990. An adventurer, traveller and entrepreneur, she combines her love for travel with her goal to restore normality to birth.
Her career has enabled her to work on a diamond mine in South Africa, in a small village in Mexico, in a military hospital in Saudi Arabia and with the Royal family of Oman. Karen is a pioneer in the Middle East where she established the first private community service in Oman between 2009 - 2015, supporting expat women during pregnancy and birth. During this time she deepened her study to include yoga, breath work and mind body therapies. In 2016 she was instrumental in opening the first center for Mother and Baby wellness in the Gulf region.
“I left the hospital system in 2009 because I had a vision of creating change. At least 80% of the women I met in the labor room were not prepared for the challenges of pregnancy and birth and yet they had no way of finding the support they needed. While it is true that women have been doing this for millions of years, they did not have to navigate a system that supports policy and procedure over women’s choice. I support choice and believe that knowledge is power. I strive to find the balance between modern understanding of hospital culture and the innate knowing we are born with. My programs are designed to embrace the uniqueness of every woman and guide couples to make informed decisions."

Jamie Truppi is a mama, functional nutritionist, food writer and whole-foods advocate who truly walks her talk. She holds a Master of Science & Nutrition in Integrative Health (MSN) and is board qualified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Jamie is on a mission to help women and their families become curious about food-from-the-earth and to replace toxic load with ease & flow. Primarily through group programs, Jamie helps mompreneurs and professional women aged ~35-50 discover how stress and life circumstances are root causes of frustrating gut-brain issues (bloating, food sensitivities, pooping problems, fatigue, anxiety, irritability, insomnia) and how detachment from mental chatter, emotions, kids, relationships & our environment drives physical, mental and emotional dis-ease. Whew!
This work fueled her early childhood nutrition education curriculum that transformed into Idaho's first Farm to Early Care & Education program. Jamie is part of the nutritionist team for the incredible baby-led-weaning company, Solid Starts, and she writes a monthly food column for her local newspaper.
When not researching food & toxins, guiding clients or volunteering in her community’s food system, Jamie can be found experimenting in the kitchen, adventuring outside with her two spunky kids, trying to find calm on an old meditation pillow, or chasing chickens.
